2.2.13 Do not expose wires to direct sunlight. Use UV-resistant cabling.
2.2.14 Do not damage the surrounding PV modules or mounting structure when replacing a PV module.
2.2.15 Do not change any PV module components (diode, junction box, plug connectors, etc.).
2.2.16 Maximum reverse current is 20.25A for module with 6 inch cells. A subsidiary blocking diode or a fuse should
be installed when photovoltaic module was paralleled in series circuit.
2.2.17 The solar modules are recommended to be installed over a fireproof and insulating roof covering when
installed on a roof.
2.2.18 Module may not be contacted during working.
2.2.19 Maximum system voltage must not exceed 1500V DC .
2.2.20 It is recommended to use jinergy type PV-JN02,5.7~7.1 mm cable for connector which supplied by
module factory, these connectors are not recommended to replace the module connector

3. Mechanical Installation

3.1 Environmental conditions

JINNENG modules should be installed under the following conditions:
Ambient temperature : -40℃ to +40℃

3.1.2Operating temperature : -40℃ to +85℃
3.1.3Storage temperature:-20℃ to +40℃
3.1.4Humidity :< 85% RH
3.1.5 Mechanical load on panels (e.g., from wind or snow): Design value:front pressure is less than 3600 Pa /the
back pressure is less than 1600 Pa, safety factor is 1.5.
3.1.6 Tilt Angle selection: The installation should be facing north in the southern hemisphere and facing south in the
northern hemisphere.
The load ability (including wind and snow load) of module depends on installation method of JINNENG
modules. Mechanical load should be calculated based on the system design by professional system installation
personnel.

3.2 Site selection

In most applications, JINNENG modules should be installed in the location of maximum sunlight absorption
annual.
