Configuration of a contact
1. Configure the functionality of the contact as an input or output
contact (3).
2. Open the drop-down menu (4) and select the functionality
required.
Backup Amplifier Fail.
The FAIL contact of the backup amplifier must be connected to
this contact. In this way, when the backup amplifier has a fault,
the front FAIL LED corresponding to the backup amplifier lights,
and if this backup amplifier were to be in use, the loudspeaker
line of the switched zone would be disconnected from the backup
amplifier.
Internal Load Impedance Disconnection.
Activation of the contact disconnects the load impedance of the
backup amplifier.
3. Click on the button Config. (5) and proceed to configure the contact:
1. Enter a name to identify the contact (6).
2. Select a default status for the contact (7)
(NO: Normally open, NC: Normally closed).
3. Open the drop-down menu (8) and select the associated amplifier:
If the functionality selected is Backup Amplifier Fail, select the backup amplifier whose FAIL contact is
connected to this contact.
If the functionality selected is Internal Load Impedance Disconnection, select the backup amplifier on
which you wish to disconnect the impedance load.
4. Click on OK.
