    SMM8-SB GESTOR MENSAJES PREGRABADOS 1. INFORMACIÓN GENERAL    Módulo diseñado para enviar hasta 100 mensajes de audio (MP3, WAV u OGG) al sistema de megafonía, con  programación horaria y control de hasta 8 zonas. Funcionamiento autónomo, solo requiere de un ordenador  para su configuración. Mensajes compuestos por 1, 2 o 3 archivos de audio diferentes. Programación horaria  con inicio, fin, hora de reproducción, frecuencia, repetición, días festivos... Salida de audio con contacto de  prioridad  por  relé  y  salidas  de  colector  abierto  para  gobierno  de  8  zonas.  Contactos  de  entrada  para  activación  remota  de  hasta  9  mensajes  prioritarios.  Programación  desde  ordenador  mediante  conexión ...

ACCESO AL SERVIDOR WEB    Para acceder al servidor Web se debe escribir la IP del equipo en la barra de direcciones del navegador Web.  La IP por defecto es 192.168.1.234. Funciona correctamente en los siguientes navegadores: Mozilla Firefox y  Google Chrome (o cualquier otro compatible con HTML5, no es compatible con Internet Explorer).  Para poder acceder al servidor Web es indispensable que el PC tenga acceso a esta IP, ya sea porque esté en  el mismo rango de IP o porque la red esté configurada a tal efecto.  Una vez se acceda al servidor Web se mostrará la página de registro del equipo.  El usuario y contraseña para acceder al equipo por defecto es “admin”, “admin”.        Imagen 4. Página de acceso   Una vez aceptado se mostrará la página de inicio del equipo y, a la izquierda, el menú de navegación.      Imagen 5. Página de inicio y menú de navegación  SMM-8SB_Manual_ESP_v1.0 Página 7 de 32...

CONFIGURACIÓN  SISTEMA  Se debe seleccionar entre IP estática o dinámica y, en el caso de estática, se debe asignar una IP, máscara de  red y puerta de enlace. La opción IP dinámica solo es válida para instalaciones con un switch o router con la  función DHCP habilitada. La IP estática por defecto es la 192.168.1.234.    En el caso de instalar varios equipos en una misma red se debe asignar un HostName diferente a cada uno  de los equipos para evitar conflictos de red.      Imagen 6. Ajuste de red y nombre del equipo (IP estática)    SMM-8SB_Manual_ESP_v1.0 Página 8 de 32...
  • Page 10 Si  se  activa  ‘Emitir  siempre  por  la  salida  de  audio’,  el  equipo  emitirá  la  música  de  entrada  por  la  salida  analógica. Si se activa ‘Emitir siempre audio por Multicast’ lo hará por la dirección Multicast determinada. Es  posible personalizar las dirección, puerto o volumen del canal de música Multicast.    Si  se  activa  la  casilla  ‘Activar  integración  MXD‐88’,  el  equipo  se  integrará  con  la  matriz  Optimus  MXD‐88,  permitiendo el envío de mensajes pregrabados a cualquier combinación de zonas de la matriz, con prioridad  sobre las otras entradas de audio. Debe marcarse la opción “Pupitre microfónico PMX” si existe uno en la  instalación. ...

    SMM8-SB GESTOR MENSAJES PREGRABADOS CARGAR MENSAJES  Este menú permite cargar los archivos de audio al sistema y monitorizar los existentes.  Para cargar los mensajes pulse la opción “Seleccionar archivo/s” ( ). En el explorador emergente seleccione  los mensajes deseados, pulse aceptar, compruebe que son los correctos en la lista de mensajes a cargar y  finalmente pulse “Subir” ( ).  Para  monitorizar,  parar  y  borrar  un  mensaje  pulse  las  teclas  triangulo  ( ),  cuadrado  ( )  y  papelera  ( )  respectivamente.  El  mensaje  se  reproducirá  por  los  altavoces  del  PC  con  el  que  se  esté  configurando  el ...

TEST  ENVIAR MENSAJES  Permite reproducir los mensajes pregrabados directamente desde el SMM8‐SB para comprobar el correcto  funcionamiento tanto de los mensajes como de los contactos de salida.  Para reproducir un mensaje pregrabado únicamente hay que seleccionarlo, seleccionar la/s zona/s de salida  (contacto/s de salida) y pulsar ‘Reproducir’.  Para pararlo, pulse el botón ‘Parar’.  Estos  mensajes  tienen  prioridad  sobre  las  programaciones  horarias,  pero  no  sobre  los  mensajes  activados  mediante contactos.      Imagen 17. Enviar mensajes    Opcionalmente, es posible activar el envío de los mensajes también por Multicast.    SMM-8SB_Manual_ESP_v1.0 Página 18 de 32...

    SMM8-SB GESTOR MENSAJES PREGRABADOS MANTENIMIENTO  Permite  la  carga  y  descarga  de  configuraciones  de  programación  horaria  y  contactos.  También  permite  la  verificación  de  los  archivos  pregrabados  de  las  programaciones  horarias,  la  copia  de  los  mensajes  pregrabados internos a una memoria USB y la restauración de las configuraciones de fábrica del equipo.    SMM‐8SBPC: Este menú permite la descarga de las configuraciones de la programación horaria y de los  contactos. Al pulsar la opción deseada se abrirá el explorador de archivos y se podrá seleccionar la carpeta  donde  se  guardarán  los  archivos,  “config.xml”  (programación  horaria)  y  “contacts.xml”  (programación  de ...

CONTACTOS DE ENTRADA  El equipo dispone de 9 contactos de entrada que pueden asociarse a la activación de secuencias de mensajes  por pulso o nivel, a su parada, o a la función ACK.      Imagen 20. Configuración de contactos de entrada (Mensajes)    Cada contacto dispone de los siguientes parámetros:    Activación: Puede ser activación por pulso o por nivel, o función Stop.   Pulso: La secuencia solo se reproducirá una vez, si al acabar el mensaje, el pulso continúa activado la  secuencia se volverá a reproducir.   Nivel: La secuencia se reproducirá continuamente mientras el contacto esté cerrado, en el momento  en que el contacto se abra ésta se parará. Si se marca la casilla “Reproducir secuencia completa”, la  secuencia se reproducirá al completo, aunque el contacto se abra a mitad de reproducción.   Stop: Parará la secuencia en curso (solo para secuencias activadas por pulso).   ACK (solo el contacto 9): Al seleccionar ACK, se activará el modo confirmación. En este modo, una  vez activado un contacto asociado a une secuencia, esta no se reproducirá hasta que el contacto ACK  se cierre.  SMM-8SB_Manual_ESP_v1.0 Página 21 de 32...

    SMM8-SB GESTOR MENSAJES PREGRABADOS 8. PROGRAMACIONES HORARIAS    Este menú permite configurar la activación de secuencias según programaciones horarias. Son posibles hasta  un máximo de 100 programaciones diferentes.  Para cada programación se deberán configurar los siguientes parámetros:      Imagen 22 configuración de programaciones horarias.    Activar: Marque o desmarque la casilla para habilitar o deshabilitar la programación horaria.  Etiqueta del mensaje: Nombre de la programación. Se mostrará en el menú lateral de la Web.  Mensaje 1: Seleccione un mensaje de los cargados en memoria.  Limitar a: Tiempo máximo de reproducción (mensaje 1). El mensaje se cortará al llegar al límite.  Esperar: Seleccione el retardo entre el primer y el segundo mensaje.  Mensaje 2: Seleccione un mensaje de los cargados en memoria.  SMM-8SB_Manual_ESP_v1.0 Página 24 de 32...
  • Page 26 SMM8-SB GESTOR MENSAJES PREGRABADOS   Limitar a: Tiempo máximo de reproducción (mensaje 2). El mensaje se cortará al llegar al límite.  Esperar: Seleccione el retardo entre el segundo y el tercer mensaje.  Mensaje 3: Seleccione un mensaje de los cargados en memoria.  Limitar a: Tiempo máximo de reproducción (mensaje 3). El mensaje se cortará al llegar al límite.  Esperar: Seleccione un retardo antes de acabar la secuencia.  *Si solo se quiere reproducir un mensaje deje los campos de mensaje 2 y 3 en blanco.  Repeticiones: Seleccione cuantas veces se reproducirá la secuencia de los 3 mensajes.  Fecha inicial: Seleccione el día en que se empezará a aplicar la programación horaria.  Fecha final: Seleccione el día en que terminará la programación horaria. Si “Solo este día” y “Sin fecha final”  no están marcados.  Restricciones: Seleccione si se aplicarán restricciones por días festivos.  Días:  Seleccione  si  la  programación  estará  activada  diariamente  o  cualquier  combinatoria  de  días.  Si  “Solo  este día” no está marcado.  Sólo este día: Marque para que la programación horaria sólo se reproduzca el día indicado.  Sin fecha final: Marque para configurar la programación horaria sin fecha de finalización.  Repetir secuencia: Seleccione cada cuanto tiempo se repetirá la secuencia entre la hora inicial y la hora final.  Si solo se requiere una reproducción se debe dejar este campo en blanco.  Horario  de  la  activación:  Seleccione  la  hora  inicial  y  la  hora  final  en  que  se  empezará  a  aplicar  la ...

INPUT CONTACTS  The unit has 9 input contacts that can be used to activate or stop messages sequences by pulse or level, as  well as being used for ACK function.      Image 20. Contact input configuration (Messages)    The following parameters are available for each contact:    Activation: It can be pulse, level, or stop.   Pulse: The sequence will only be played once, if at the end of the message, the pulse is still active,  the sequence will be played again.   Level: The sequence will be played continuously while the contact is closed, and stopped when the  contact is opened. If "Play complete sequence" checkbox is checked, the sequence will be played to  the end even if the contact is opened during playback.   Stop: It will stop the sequence in progress (only for sequences activated by pulse).   ACK (only in contact 9): When ACK is selected, confirmation mode will be activated. In this mode,  once  a  contact  associated  with  a  sequence  has  been  activated,  it  will  not  be  played  until  the  ACK ...
