Filter Turning Blue

1) The calcium filter will change from green to blue, which will usually
occur over a period of 6 to 9 - month time span depending on use.
When the filter is completely blue, it is time to replace it.
2) Using distilled water may extend the life of the filter. If a scent is
desired BISSELL Eucalyptus Mint Water may also use BISSELL in the
unit.

Filter is Difficult, or Impossible to Insert

1) Check the connecter on the filter. If broken off inside the receiver, attempt to
remove the broken piece from the receiver by using a tiny screwdriver.
UNPLUG THE MACHINE PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING REMOVAL OF BROKEN
CONNECTOR.
