OPERATION OF PACKMASTER

1. To operate the PackMaster, swing the lower lever to the "DOWN" position first and then, swing the upper lever
to the "DOWN" position. With both control levers in the "down" position, begin pumping the Jack handle up
and down.
CAUTION: Always hold onto the jack handle while compacting. Jack handle may "SPRING" up when un-
der load and levers have not snapped all the way in.
2. To retract the compactor plate, while applying down-
ward pressure on jack handle, swing upper lever to "UP"
position first, then the lower lever. This removes pressure
on the pin and will extend the life of the jacking pins.
CAUTION:
Do not extend or modify the handle in any way.
Do not permanently bolt the PackMaster to the floor.
Damage and breakage of ram assembly and personal
injury may occur.
CAUTION:
Unit is not designed for crushing of glass containers or
items that may shatter or contain volatile vapors.

MAINTENANCE:

1. Jack Bar, Jack Pins and Jack Pivot Points must be
periodically lubricated with white lithium grease for
proper operation and warranty compliance.
Lubricate weekly if used daily. Lubricate monthly for
lighter use.
