Remove the v-clamp from the top of the toothed bracket at the entrance. Cut the cable retention grommet at the locations where cables will be installed.

Reinstall the v-clamp, securing it in place with the two screws and allowing the edges of clamp to grab the jacket of the cable(s).

Remove the cable retention grommet. Remove the v-clamp from the top of the toothed bracket at the entrance. - Page 9 StreetSmart Small Count Fiber Hand-Off Box Installation Manual __________________________________________________________ Cut the cable retention grommet at the locations where cables will be installed. Install the cable(s) into the cable retention grommet, slipping them in through the side where you cut the grommet.

Hold the swab, 1 side down to the wetted area and hold for a count of 1-2-3-4-5.

Even after cleaning with a probe cleaner, you should always clean the pins with this (or an equivalent) type swab. Cleans ALL MTP/ MPO connector end faces.

Lightly “spot” a QbE-2 wipe on the platen with Elec- tro-Wash PX Fiber Optic Cleaner, this will help alleviate “over saturation”...
