9. Insert the Rear Spreader Bar Tubes (I) into the end of the Lower Side Tubes (J). Make sure they are all the way inserted. Using
1/2" x 3 1/2" Hex Bolts (Q) and 1/2" Nylock Nuts (S) attach the Lower Side Tubes (J) to the bottom of the Upright Tubes (B)
while inserting it onto the Rear Spreader Bar Tube (I). See Figure 4 and 6.
10. Using 1/2" x 3 1/2" Hex Bolts (Q) and 1/2" Nylock Nuts (S) attach the Inner Telescopic Tube (K) to the Upright Tubes (B).

11. Slide the Outer Telescopic Tube (L) over the Inner Telescopic Tube (K) and using 1/2" x 3 1/2" Hex Bolts (Q) and 1/2" Nylock
Nuts (S) attach the Outer Telescopic Tube (L) to the Lower Side Tube (J). See Figure 6.
12. Using the 1/2" x 3 1/2" Safety Locking Pins (U) pin the telescopic tubes in the unfolded position. Flip the goal over in playing
position. See Figure 6.
13. Using a 5/16 drill bit, drill through the four factory drilled pilot holes in each of the ends of the Lower Side Tubes (J) and
through one wall of the Rear Spreader Bar Tube (I).
14. Using the 3/8" x 1" Self Tapping Flange Bolts (P) permanently attach the Lower Side Tubes (J) to the Rear Spreader Bar
Tube (I).
15. Slide the Caster Brackets (M) so they are positioned 10" from the inside edge of both Lower Side Tubes (J).

16. Using a 5/16" drill bit, drill through the factory drilled pilot holes through one wall of the Rear Spreader Bar Tube (I), and using
the 3/8" x 1" Self Tapping Flange Bolts (P) attach the Caster Brackets (M) to the Rear Spreader Bar Tube (I).
See Figure 4 and 6.
17. Using 3/8" x 1" Hex Bolts (O) and 3/8" Lock Washers (R) attach the Casters (N) to the Caster Brackets (M).

18. With the fully assembled soccer goal in the upright playing position; install the Net Attachment Clips (W) into the net
attachment tracks in each Upright Tubes (B), Crossbar Tubes (A), Lower Side Tubes (J), and Rear Spreader Bar Tube (I). The
Net Attachment Clips (W) slip into the track and twist 90° into position with the opening to the outside of the goal. You have
been provided enough Net Attachment Clips (W) to position one every 12"-14" and still have extras depending on the size of
your goal.
19. Drape the net over the Folding Backstay (G) on the rear face of the goal. A rope is woven into the net behind the top front to
attach to the left hand and right hand backstays to help support the net.
GOAL TIP OVER CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND
20. Prior to play, the rear of the goal must be secured to prevent accidental tip over. Position the Auger Goal Hold Downs (X) near
the rear corner of the goals. Once the augers are fully rotated into the ground, clip the chain around the Rear Spreader Bar
Tube (I). This will prevent accidental tip over.
21. If your goal is being used on an artificial turf that is not compatible with the Auger Style Hold Downs (X), goals must be
weighted with rear ballast bags or by other methods. Consult a Bison Product Specialist for options.
DO NOT LEAVE AUGER HOLD DOWNS IN THE GROUND WHEN THE GOAL IS MOVED AS
PROTRUDING OBJECTS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PEOPLE AND DAMAGE TO MOWING
