  • Page 5 Features of the product and Precautions (Carefully read the following before using the unit) The“PR-DTC-3000 Type”Tension Controller is a semi-automatic tension control device in the voltage controlled OPEN-LOOP method. This method presets the starting voltage and the potential gradient of the controller beforehand, and it calculates current voltage by deducting (Unwinding) or adding (Rewinding) the potential gradient from or to the starting voltage per every revolution of the spindle.

    The unit can be seriously damaged by the wrong connection (observe the diagram of load connection) of the power terminal, contacts between the DC input/output wiring and power line, and the short circuit of the output line.     3. If the data number is required to be changed, press Fn button long to activate DATA, and then change the number by turning the dial. Nullify all activations by pressing Fn button once.
