Cell-phone can`t power on.
Check the Battery Voltage.
Battery > 3.4V?
Power-on the phone and check
the power-on sound
or motor vibration.
Sound or vibration ok ?
Check the ANT902/ANT903
Are power-key clips damaged ?
Check the U800 output voltage
(C835=1.225V, C838=1.05V)
Check the U800 output signal
(PM8917_PS_HOLD(R804) =
1.8V)
Check the OSC801
Is it around 32KHz?
check the initial operation
