Trouble
Insufficient amount of
water
The unit does not
nebulize.
The amount of aerosol has
decreased.
Nebulization is unstable.
• If the unit does not operate normally after taking the above-mentioned measures, do
not touch the internal mechanism and consult the store where you purchased the unit
or PRIZMA service centre.
Where to inspect
Is the water in the water tank up
to the level float?
Are the air vents at the
bottom blocked?
Is the Isapak® chamber
correctly set?
Is the amount of medication in
the Isapak® chamber adequate?
Is the inhalation hose bent and
the medication pooled in the
hose?
Is the aeration hose
placed correctly?
Is the room temperature too
low and/or water temperature
too low?
Is the bacterial filter blocked?
Is the amount of
medication exceeding 150
ml?

Fill the water up to the level
float.
Unblock the air vents at the
bottom of the unit. Wait for the
unit to cool down.
Set the Isapak® chamber
correctly.
Change the medication bottle.
Adjust the bent hose
correctly and drain the
pooled medication.
Place the aeration hose correctly.
Operate the unit without
medication for about 4
minutes, then use the unit.
Replace the bacterial filter
with a new one.
Reduce the amount of
medication to less than 150
ml.
