Select the video file from the Video File List, then press
[Option] button.

Select from the Option List, then press [OK] button.
File name, and the date of the file are shown.
Use a multimedia message to send the video file you select from
the Video File List Display.

Press [Option] and select MMS
Enter the recipient, message title and send the multimedia
