Troubleshooting
Forgotten Access Codes:
Reset to factory default
1.
If the User Code and Manager Code are forgotten, use the Control Key to open the door.
2. Unscrew the battery cover to get access to the Reset button.
3. Insert a paper clip or other thin tool into the hole marked "RESET" to depress the button. The lock will issue 2 audi-
ble "beeps", the green and red light will flash twice.
a. The lock has now been reset to the factory default settings of, User Code "1234" and Manager Code
"123456".
Insufficient battery power alarm:
If the battery power is low, the lock will issue an alert with 3 "beeps" when the lock has been opened. Replace Batter-
ies.
Daily use of the Locker JACK
1. Enter the required code (Manager or User Code) to open the Locker JACK
2. Use your chosen USB charging cord and plug the USB end into on of the 40 available USB ports and the other end of
the cable into your phone.
3. Lastly place your phone into the designated phone cube.
4. Close the Locker JACK to secure your phone in the box.
Notes on Use
If the Control Key is lost and the Manager and User Codes are forgotten, there will be no warranty for these situa-
tions.
Do not expose the Locker JACK to water.
To avoid electric shock, do not disassemble the device.
If trouble occurs, immediately disconnect the charging station from the wall socket and call Customer Service.
Maintenance
Keep unit clean and free of debris
Do not hang or pull on the Locker JACK when mounted or in use.
USB phone cables are rated for 1,500 insertions. If connection becomes inconsistent replace USB cables as needed.
