Unpacking the Locker JACK
Included:
1 Locker JACK
1 Door Lock Control Key

2 90 degree wall mount brackets
4 10-32 x 5/8" screws

Installation
For safe and proper installation JackedIn Power recommends installing the Locker JACK as indicated below:
1. Choose a location for the Locker JACK that has a 110 V outlet within 6 feet of the power entry module. Remove the
Control Key that is taped to the back of the unit and store in a safe and secure location outside of the Locker JACK.
2. Install the two 90 degree wall mount brackets as indicated in picture below (See Figure 1) before mounting the
Locker JACK unit to them. Use three (wall material appropriate) lag bolts (1/4" dia x 2" long) per 90 degree wall
mount bracket (6 lag bolts not included with the unit).

- Page 4 Daily use of the Locker JACK 1. Enter the required code (Manager or User Code) to open the Locker JACK 2. Use your chosen USB charging cord and plug the USB end into on of the 40 available USB ports and the other end of the cable into your phone.
