3. After installing the two 90 degree brackets to the wall, team lift (more than one person) the Locker JACK onto the
previously mounted brackets. Line up the four mounting holes on the bottom of the Locker unit with the four bracket
holes and install the four 10-32 x 5/8" screws included with the Locker JACK (see Figure 2).

4. Next, bolt the two mounting tabs located on the top of the Locker JACK. Use one (wall material appropriate) lag
bolts (1/4" dia x 2" long) per mounting tab (see Figure 3) (2 lag bolts not included with the unit).
