Donning
1. Assemble the Battery onto the Belt -
Place top edge of Belt under Battery
Clip such that Clip detent touches
Clip not Belt. Don by placing belt
comfortably around waist with battery
near the side-back of the right hip.
5. Tighten Ratchet Knob
secure as comfortably
possible, while
ensuring stability.
Condition 1: Ensure the DLC Flappers
are away from the Lens, positioned
perpendicular to your temples, and in
front of the FCC Side Tabs.v

2. Connect Helmet Power Cord
to Battery; push Power Cord
Connector into the Battery
Receptacle until the Secure
Connection audibly clicks.
6. Position front headband within ½ inch
of eyebrows for visualization of the
Safety LEDs.
WARNING
After donning, if conditions 1 and 2 both are not achieved, switch to the other
size DLC and repeat the Assembly and Donning steps to this point.
