1. Slide fonns tractors o ontoguide shaft 0 and
supportshaft 0.
2. Place guide shaft and support shaft into slots on
frame.
3. Slide bushings on guide shaft into frame and replace
retaining nuts on ends of support shaft.
4. Replace top cover (1434).
5. Replace access cover (1430).
6. Replace forms rack (1440).
