Needle Guard Clearance (rear)
The clearance between the needles and rear
guard should between 0.05-0.25mm.

Turn the handwheel to bring the needle bar to it's lowest
point. Loosen the two 2.5mm hexagon screws. Move the

needle guard closer or away to obtain the proper clearance.
Tighten the 2 screws.
