CUBISCAN 110-T SETUP
QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
This quick reference guide provides instructions for
assembling and setting up the Cubiscan 110-T. For more
detailed instructions on setting up the Cubiscan 110-T,
see the Cubiscan 110-T Operations and Technical Manual.
UNPACKING
1
Remove the top of the crate.

Remove the screws holding the wood packing bar
in place, and remove the wood bar from the crate.

Remove the packing material from around the
Cubiscan 110-T.
4
Carefully lift the Cubiscan 110-T from the crate (this
may require two people).
SETTING UP THE BACK PANEL
1
Remove the four screws from the back of the Cubiscan 110-T.

Lift the back panel into its upright position, making sure not to constrict the three
sensor cables protruding from the back of the scale plate.

- Page 2 ADJUSTING THE SHIPPING BOLTS Carefully tip the Cubiscan 110-T onto the back panel to expose the bottom of the scale. Use a 13 mm open-ended wrench to turn all three of the shipping bolts clockwise until the head is tight against the scale plate.
