ASSOCIATION OF THE LOGIC ZONE TO THE PHYSICAL ZONE The TP8-96 VIDEO can control max. 96 zones. The zones can be associated to the zone inputs of the installed hardware. The system configuration may provide more inputs than the control panel can control. It is for this raison, that you have to choose the inputs to be controlled from those provided by the modules and draw up a zone list.

The control panel is able to transmit alarm signaling or other data using either digital protocols or pre-recorded vocal messages (composed of words of the vocabulary). It can transmit and receive alarm signaling using the digital Tecnoalarm protocol or the most frequently used digital protocols.
Page 46
The second number (max. 17 digits) is only called if the first call is unsuccessful (line busy or no answer). Format (protocol) Call-back communication protocol. The protocol for call-back communications is unchangeable, i.e. digital Tecnoalarm format (000 Tecnoalarm). Disable redirection The redirection of call-back permits the deviation of the call-back to a telephone number different from those entered in the telephone configuration table.
Page 47
The telephone section of the control panel can be set so as to block the specified channels upon reception of the blocking command (* on the telephone dial). According to programming, the communicator block affects either the vocal, digital or Tecnoalarm channels or all three and this either singularly or altogether: Vocal The communicator block affects only those channels transmitting voice messages.

Ethernet switch of the control panel Protocol tables The protocols are divided into three categories (digital, Tecnoalarm, vocal). For each protocol the number code, the description, the type (primary, backup, secondary, Ethernet) and the transmission mode are indicated.
Page 61
The communicator block distinguishes: vocal, digital and Tecnoalarm protocols. It can be selective for each category of protocols, i.e. it can be set so as to act on the single or on all of the channels which use a determine category of protocols and are associated to the same event.
Page 62
Call-back The monitoring station calls the control panel which recognizes that the call comes from a Tecnoalarm monitoring station and answers the call. During the communication, the ID code and the type of control panel are checked. The control panel closes the communication and calls the monitoring station according to the programmed parameters.
Page 63
It is possible to initiate a call-back locally through the LCD300/S console. Select the menus Telephone, then Call-back from the installer menu (access with installer code).
