Initial Operation

Disconnect the plug before any
work on the equipment. There is a
risk of injury.
Remove the transport securing
devices before you start with the
assembly.

Mounting grip rod

Mount central bar:
1. Place the central bar (7) on the
lower bar (10). If the assembly
is correct, the bore in the plastic

Mount top grip bar:

left on the central bar (7). The
butterfly nuts point inwards.

4. Clip the enclosed cable holder
(8) on the central bar (7) and use
it to secure the machine cable

Mount ejector chute and shift
linkage
Mount ejector chute:
1. Place the ejector chute (16) on
the machine housing (11) and
screw this with the 4 enclosed
cross-head screws (26).

Mount shift linkage
2. Push the top shift rod (5) through
the opening in the plastic shroud
(22) on the central bar (7).
3. Release the fastening screw (27)
on the lower shift rod (9).
4. Push the top (5) and bottom
(9) shift rod together and screw
them with the fastening screw
(27).
5. Push the handle of the top shift
rod (5) in both directions. The

Adjust the ejector chute

The following settings are possible:

Turning the ejector chute to the right or
left through a total of 190°;

Tilting the ejector chute up or down
through 60°;

1. Bring the ejector chute (16) into
the required direction by turning
the handle (5) of the shift link-
age.
2. Release the butterfly nuts (18)
on the ejector chute and fold the
ejector deflector (19) into the re-
quired position.
