- Page 2 Description Description The Camera Interface for WS1 Color and WS1000 Style allows video cameras to be connected to the control unit. The camera images are shown on the screen. Functions: • For 2 video cameras • Display of the images on the control unit screen. Camera image can be switched on and off via buttons on the screen or via signal in the multifunctional input (configuration as binary input) 1.1.

Installation and connection The Camera Interface is screwed into the screen board of the control unit. First re- move the top nut of the fastening screw. Put the interface on the 2 blocks with the 12 pins and press till firm.
- Page 5 Hinged ferrites must be placed on the camera cables. We recommend ferrite sleeves with plastic housing, e.g. from Würth (type 742 711 12). If you order the cameras with Elsner Elektronik, the right hinged ferrites are included. Two ferrites must be fixed per one camera cable, if possible directly behind the plug used for connecting the camera on the control: Fig.
