The DD620 has either seven or twelve hot-swappable 1 TB disk
drives, depending on configuration. Disk drive carriers are numbered
left to right and top to bottom, as shown in the illustration.
Unused drive slots contain blank carriers.

Front Operator Panel Buttons
Push Button
Definition
Power
Press Power button to turn on system power when the Alert/ID LED is blue.
If the blue LED is not lit within one minute after AC power is applied to the power
supplies, please contact Support (see contact information at the end of this
document).
Never shut down the system by pressing the Power button.
Enclosure ID
Press the Enclosure ID button to light a blue LED in the front and rear to ID the
chassis in a rack.
