• Unscrew the cap by turning it counter-
clockwise (1.) and pull the complete pump
spindle out of the pump tube afterwards.
• Check collar (illus. 29 pos. 2.4) of pump
spindle for proper position and replace if
damaged. Lubricate the collar with grease.
Mount the pump in reversed order.

d.) Unit runs unevenly or stops
If the unit does not run evenly or stops,
please proceed as foolows:
•
Remove
air
diaphragm, valve and spacer plates.
Diaphragm must be clean and free of
bucklings and cracks (illus. 15+16 page
38).
• Unscrew swirl vane and check if the
edges of the plate at the end of the swirl
vane are clean and sharp edged. If
necessary clean swirl vane with brush
(illus.23 page 46).
