Description
l Steady on: A link is established on the
port.
l Blinking: The port is sending or
receiving data.
The port is not providing power to a
powered device (PD).
Steady on: The port is providing power to
a PD.
l Steady on: The PoE function is
disabled on the port.
l Blinking: The port stops providing PoE
power because of an exception (for
example, an incompatible PD is
connected to the port).
Blinking green and yellow alternately:
The port cannot provide power to a PD.
The possible reasons include:
l The power of the PD exceeds the
maximum power or power threshold of
the port.
l The total power consumption of PDs
has reached the maximum power of the
switch.
l The manual power management mode
is used and the port is not enabled to
provide power to the PD.
Port indicators do not show the stack ID of
the switch.
