ENTRAPMENT HAZARD:
• To prevent death from entrapment, bedsi d e sl e eper must be properl y secured to adul t bed usi n g the attachment system.
• There must be no more than 1/2 i n ch (13mm) gap between bedsi d e sl e eper and adul t bed.
• Check ti g htness before each use by pul l i n g bedsi d e sl e eper i n a di r ecti o n away from adul t bed.
• If gap exceeds 1/2 i n ch (13mm), DO NOT use product. Do not fil l the gap wi t h pi l l o ws, bl a nkets or other i t ems that are
suffocati o n hazards.
