5.1 Schmierstoffe
Die
Getriebe-
und
nachfolgenden Arbeitsbereichen auf die genannten
Schmierstoffe abgestimmt. Es können jedoch auch
andere gleichwertige Markenschmiermittel, d.h.mit
den gleichen technischen Daten (Grundölviskosität,
Gebrauchstemperaturbereich, Walkpenetration und
Konsistenzklasse) verwendet werden.

6 Stillsetzung
•
Bei Stillsetzung der Hubanlage / Hubelemente
sind sämtliche Teile vor Korrosion zu schützen.

Die Anlage ist stromlos zu schalten.

Unbefugten Personen darf kein Zugang zur
Anlage möglich sein.
7 Wiederinbetriebnahme
•
Vor
Wiederinbetriebnahme
Anlagenteile visuell zu prüfen.
•
Sämtliche
Anlagenteile
Schmierzustand zu prüfen.
•
Es muß ein Probelauf durchgeführt werden.
8 Außerbetriebnahme
Bei Außerbetriebnahme sind die
Anlagenteile/Hubelemente entsprechend den
gesetzlichen Bestimmungen der Wiederverwertung
zuzuführen, bzw. zu entsorgen !

Lubricants
bei
The below-stated lubricants are suitable for spindle
and gear lubrication for the respective operating
conditions.
However, it is also possible to use other lubricants of
equal quality, i.e. with the same technical data
(viscosity, temperature range,
and consistency)

Protect all parts of the installation / screw jacks
against corrosion before placing out of service.

Re-Operation

Before re-operation, visually check all parts of
