Caring for your microwave oven
Cleaning the Microwave Oven
Wipe often with warm, sudsy
water and a sponge.
For stubborn
soil, boil a cup
of water in the oven for 2 or 3
minutes. Steam will soften the soil.
Abrasive cleansers, steel wool pads, grffty
can damage the control panel and the lnferlor and exterior
oven surfaces. Use a sponge wlth a mlld detergent
or a paper
towel wlth spray glass cleaner. Apply spray glass cleaner to
paper towel; do not spray directly on oven.
Be sure to keep the areas
clean where the door and
oven frame touch when
closed.
Use only mild, non-
abrasive
soaps or detergents
applied
with a sponge
when cleaning
surfaces.
Rinse well.
Caring for the Filters
The grease
filters should be removed
and cleaned
often, at least once a month. NOTE:
If your
mlcrowave
hood comblnatlon
Is Installed to recirculate
air, the charcoal
filter (Part No.
4358003) should be replaced
every 6-12 months. The charcoal
filter can not be cleaned.
