I cannot see how to use the cord tool, pictures are black on black and instructions unclear.

To use the cord tool for JumpSport part number 120:

1. Attach the elastic cords (CORDS(6)) onto the plastic holder using the method shown in the picture.
2. Seat the elastic cords into the groove of all six rails.
3. Follow the sequence shown in the picture to attach the rest of the elastic cords.
4. This process helps keep the mat (MAT(5)) centered.
5. When complete, the elastic cords should appear as shown in the reference image.

The cord tool assists in pulling and positioning the cords securely onto the frame.

    CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years or are severely overweight, start slowly and increase your workout time gradually. Increase your workout intensity gradually by monitoring your heart rate while you exercise. Remember to follow these essentials: Have your doctor review your training and diet programs.
