Montage Montieren Sie den Niveauschalter wie abgebildet: Nicht medienberührend Medienberührend (nur für nichtmetallische Behälter) Elektrischer Anschluss Schalten Sie die Anlage span- nungsfrei. Schließen Sie das Gerät an (siehe Typenschild). Bedienung Gleichen Sie den Sensor ab. Drücken Sie dazu die Program- miertaste mit einem stumpfen Gegenstand. - Page 4 Leerabgleich Das Gerät muß nach dem Einbau in den leeren Behälter abgeglichen werden (Leerabgleich). Als „leer“ kann der Behälter dann betrachtet werden, wenn das zu erfassende Füllgut mindestens 20 mm von der aktiven Zone entfernt ist. Erfasst der Sensor nach dem Abgleich ein Füllgut, ändert sich sein Schaltzustand.
- Page 5 Vollabgleich Nach dem Leerabgleich soll, wenn möglich, der Vollzustand hergestellt werden, so dass das Gerät schaltet. Drücken Sie die Programmiertaste, bis die grüne LED schnell blinkt 5 ... 10 (= Gerät ist im Abgleichmodus). Die LED blinkt zunächst langsam (ca. 1 Hz), nach 5 s blinkt sie doppelt so schnell (ca.
- Page 6 Wird dieser Vorgang aus dem verriegelten Zustand heraus gestartet, so zeigt die grüne LED 10 s lang keine Reaktion. Nach 10 s ist das Gerät entriegelt (siehe "Entriegeln"). Entriegeln min. 10 s Drücken Sie die Programmiertaste mind. 10 Nach ca. 10 s blinkt die grüne LED 2x kurz auf. Das Gerät ist wieder entriegelt und die LEDs zeigen den aktuellen Betriebszustand an.

Der Betrieb des Niveauschalters ist wartungsfrei. Beachten Sie für eine einwandfreie Funktion: • Die aktive Fläche und ggf. ein Freiraum sollten von Ablagerungen und Fremdkörpern freigehalten werden, insbesondere bei Montage mit aktiver Fläche nach oben. Mounting Mount the level switch as shown: Not in contact with the medium In contact with the medium (only for non-metallic tanks) Electrical connection Disconnect the installation from power. Connect the unit (see type label). Operation Adjust the sensor. To do so, press the programming pushbutton with a blunt object. - Page 10 Empty adjustment The unit must be adjusted after installation in the empty tank (empty adjustment). The tank can be considered to be "empty" when the medium to be detected is min. 20 mm away from the active zone. If the sensor detects a medium after adjustment, its switching status changes.
- Page 11 Full adjustment After empty adjustment the full state is to be achieved, if possible, so that the unit switches. Press the programming pushbutton until the green LED flashes quickly 5 ... 10 s (= the unit is in the adjustment mode). The LED first flashes slowly (about 1 Hz), after 5 s it flashes double as quickly (about 2 Hz).
- Page 12 Unlocking min. 10 s Press the programming pushbutton for min. 10s. After approx. 10 s the green LED flashes briefly for 2x. The unit is unlocked again and the LEDs indicate the current operating state. When the programming pushbutton is released the unit is unlocked and all programming functions are active again.

Montage Monter le détecteur de niveau selon l'illustration: Sans contact avec le fluide En contact avec le fluide (seulement pour des cuves non métalliques) Raccordement électrique Mettre l'installation hors tension. Raccorder le détecteur (voir l'étiquette). Manipulation Régler le détecteur. Pour ainsi faire, appuyer sur le bouton-poussoir de programmation avec un objet non pointu. - Page 16 Réglage vide Après le montage dans la cuve vide, l'appareil doit être réglé (réglage vide). La cuve peut être considérée comme "vide" si le fluide à détec- ter est au min. à 20 mm de la zone active. Si le détecteur détecte un fluide après le réglage, il change son état de commutation.
- Page 17 Réglage plein Après le réglage vide, le réglage plein doit être réalisé, si possible, de façon à ce que l'appareil commute. Appuyer sur le bouton-poussoir de programma- tion jusqu'à ce que la LED verte clignote rapide- 5 ... 10 s ment (= l'appareil est en mode de réglage).
