INDUCTION GRILL PLATE

Prior to initial use

Tips for use

EN 2
The grill plate is hand-cast in aluminium. The plate has a special layer
making it suitable for induction, as well as a non-stick coating.
The hand-crafted plate is never completely smooth, but adjusts to the
hob on heating.
The plate works very well on induction zones with bridge function.
The coupling function enables even heating of the entire plate. You can
also decide to use two different settings (for the front and rear zones) so
that, for example, the front of the plate can be used for searing, while the
rear is used to cook the dish.
• Prior to initial use, clean the plate with a soft sponge, hot water and
some washing up liquid and then rinse the plate well.
• Small residues between the plate (such as salt or peppercorns)
can move back and forth, causing scratches or worn areas both on
the bottom of the plate and on the induction hob. For this reason
you should always lift the plate when moving it. The manufacturer
accepts no liability for damage resulting from non-adherence to the
instructions for use.
• The high-quality non-stick coating makes the plate highly suitable
for healthy cooking without fat. If you wish to fry using oil, spread
a small amount of oil on the food you are cooking. Do not oil the
plate. Use hydrogenated or non-hydrogenated vegetable oil. Butter,
margarine, cold-pressed oil and salad oil are not suitable.
• Only use the plate to cook food.
• Never use sharp or metal objects. These can cause scratches.
However, scratches or other damage have no effect on the taste or
quality of the cooked food.
