Mobile Weather Station

Dear Customer

Your new mobile weather station has a carabiner hook that makes it ideal for outdoor activities.
When you are hiking and climbing it displays the climatic conditions (temperature, humidity and
atmospheric pressure) and shows weather forecasts.
We recommend that you use these instructions to familiarise yourself with the device in advance.
You will then be in the position to use it should you not have the instructions with you.
We wish you many enjoyable journeys with your new companion.
Your Tchibo Team

Safety warnings

Only use the product as
described in these instructions
to avoid accidental injury or
damage. Keep this manual for
future reference.
If you give this product to
someone else, remember to
pass on these instructions.
Intended use
The mobile weather station
displays the temperature, rela-
tive humidity and atmospheric
pressure measured in the
immediate surroundings.
These atmospheric pressure
values are used by the station
to compile a weather forecast.
The weather station is not able
to record very sudden or drastic
changes in the weather. It is
therefore essential to find out
about the weather conditions
from a suitable meteorological
station or similar source before
setting off on a lengthy trip, for
example.
The weather station uses the
falling or rising atmospheric
pressure to calculate the
weather forecast. If within the
last 12 hours you have stayed in
places at varying heights and
therefore with different atmos-
pheric pressure, e.g. travelled
from the lowlands into the
mountains, the weather fore-
cast will not be exact.
The device has been designed
for private use and is not suit-
able for commercial purposes.
