Prepare a 190 ml cup.

CAFFÈ LATTE
Espresso mixed with steamed milk; usually served in
a glass. A layer of frothed milk on the top should be 10 mm
thick to insulate coffee.

This fabulous beverage is an espresso with the addition
of frothed milk, froth and sprinkled with cocoa. A beverage

CAFFE MOCHA
Prepared similarly to a cappuccino, but with the addition of
drinking chocolate. Just add chocolate to an espresso and
mix before adding frothed milk and froth.
Prepare a 190–240 ml cup.
Pour in a single or double espresso.
Add two spoonfuls of drinking chocolate.
Add steam frothed milk.
Observe the proportions: two thirds of coffee with milk,
one third of foam.
CAFFE MOCHA
A variety of the original Vienna coffee, this fabulous beverage
is an espresso with the addition of whipped cream. It may
also be sprinkled with cinnamon or chocolate.
Prepare a 190 ml cup.
Pour in a single or double espresso.
Add whipped cream.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or chocolate.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Make sure the holder is correctly situated in the brewing
head set, and screwed tightly home.
Clean the edge around the filter, and wipe any traces of
coffee from the head clean.
Wipe the head with a moist cloth.
