1 General Information
Before any work commences, the site must carry a specific site risk assessment. This should include
the right PPE to use, the ground condition, elevation or inclination.
The V28 TVCB blocks will no longer conform to BS EN 1317 when the gate/fences are fitted.
2 Tools Notes
The post/gate installation requires a minimum of two persons with appropriate tools. No tools
are supplied by Marwood Group Ltd.
The advised tools may vary subject to the site procedures in place, site competent persons and site-
specific risk assessment.
Required but not limited to the following below:
✓ Impact wrench (cordless)
✓ 19mm socket/spanner size to tighten the M12 bolts up
✓ 24mm socket/spanner size to tighten the M16 bolts up
✓ 36mm socket/spanner size to tighten the M24 bolts up
Two of each spanner or socket for holding and tightening.
