2.1 Notes and Symbols on the Unit

10 A Input for measuring in an Ampere range of up to 10 A AC and
DC. If the current exceeds 10 A, the unit may be destroyed.

OFF position – the unit is turned off

Dangerously high Voltage between the inputs. Be extra careful
when operating the unit. Do not touch the inputs and the tips of

2.2 Connecting the Measuring Cables

The measuring cables included with the unit are suitable for taking
measurements at voltages of up to 1000 V. High voltage measure-
ments should only be taken with the utmost care and in the presence of
persons trained in first aid.
Please Notice! The maximum permitted input voltage for this unit is
300 V (CAT IV), 600 V (CAT III), 1000 V (CAT II) and must not be
exceeded.

2.3 Using the Stand

The unit is fitted with stand on the back, with which it can be propped
up on a table or similar. To use the stand, just grasp the lower end of
the flap and pull it outwards.
