Do not put anything apart from fog fluid in the tank
(except when cleaning as described on page 4).
Do not move the unit whilst it is operating. Disconnect
from the mains supply before moving.
Arrange the cable so that it cannot cause a trip
hazard.
Notes:
1) Artificial fog is intended to be used as a short−term
effect to enhance the appearance of certain effects,
such as lasers or other lighting which produces a defined
beam of light. If an optical effect is required continuously
to make light beams visible, then a haze machine should
be used.
2) Excessive use of artificial fog may cause irritation to
the eyes and throat, especially in persons with
respiratory ailments. A risk assessment should be
carried out before use, taking into consideration the
amount of artificial fog to be used, the size of the room
and the degree of ventilation.
3) Artificial fog may trigger optical smoke alarms. Check
with the operator of the premises before use.
4) Fog fluid contains propylene glycol. A COSHH
datasheet is available from the Electrovision website.
Domestic wiring must be tested periodically by a qualified
electrician at least once every 10 years or at every
change of occupancy.
For office and retail premises, and buildings such as
village halls, the wiring must be inspected at least once
every 5 years.
