OPERATION To operate: Place the NJ421 on a firm flat surface Ensure that the fog outlet (at the front) is not obstructed. Alternatively, the appliance may be suspended using the attached hanging bracket. -

To clean the appliance: Remove the tank from the unit and empty out any water. Rinse the tank with a 20% solution of white vinegar. -

FAULT-FINDING Fog not produced: Check that the "ready" indicator is illuminated. If not wait until the "heating" indicator is extinguished and the "ready" indicator illuminated. If neither indicator illuminated, check that the mains plug is fully inserted into the mains socket and that the mains socket is functional. -

DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING You must not dispose of this appliance with domestic household waste. Most local authorities have specific collection system for appliances and disposal is free of charge to the end- user.
