Limited warranty statement

Article 1
The guarantee for the Orange device (continued as: Device) amounts to 12 (twelve)
months from the date the Device was bought.
Six (6) months for the following consumable parts and accessories: batteries,
chargers, desk stands, headsets, cables and covers.
The manufacturer guarantees that the Device will properly function with proper
usage and maintenance according to the instructions of the manufacturer. The
guarantee is applied for all Device faults which arise because of errors in the
material and/or the manufacturing of the Device. The guarantee can be used
against presentation of a verified guarantee certificate and invoice. The guarantee
does not affect other rights belonging to the buyer on other legal remedies. The
guarantee is valid in the United Kingdom.
Article 2
The guarantee does not cover: faults occurring because of unauthorised
modifications of the software, mechanical damages, improper handling, and other
actions (lightning, fire, unsuitable voltage and polarities, traffic accidents, humidity,
water and alike), to the batteries and consumable material including*:
