    5.0 Operation of System Technical description The soldering system is designed as an table system. Operati- on and programming are conducted centrally via the operating panel. All parameters are displayed on a LCD. The integrated measuring system In case of emer gen cy, the system can be shut off com ple te ly with the main switch.

    5.0 Operation of System The multi heating chamber includes 3 zones. The preheating zone, the plateau zone and the peak zone. The temperature of the air, the value of the IR radiator and the con veyor speed are free ad ju sta ble. A temperature sensor in the heating chamber is measuring the tem pe ra ture for a con ti nious ly regulation.

    7.0 Measurement Recording a Process Curve High quality refl ow soldering which is gentle of the material is only pos si ble, if you measure the temperature which is ef fec ting on the PCB. The real temperature curve of a PCB ensures of the heating capacity, the heating conduction, and the ab sorp ti ons cha rac te ri stic of the PCBs material and their components.
