This charging procedure should not be used if ambient temperatures
are below 40°F (4°C), For best results, indoor
temperature should be 70°F (21°C) to 80°F (26°C), Measure the wet bulb temperature of indoor return air and dry bulb
temperature of the outdoor entering air, Use table 8 to find the superheat
value at those conditions,
