O Connect your air pipe (4mm internal diameter) to the AP'S outlet(s)
O Place the AP above water level on a flat surface if possible
(this will reduce noise levels)
O Connect a non return valve between your air hose a few inches from
the AP (image 1)
O Position your air pipe in your aquarium with or without air
stone as required
O Plug in the AP
O Using the dial on the back Of the unit you can choose what speed
the pump operates at
Regularly clean your air pipe and airstone (if in use) to ensure

maximum output and prolonged lifespan
ALWAYS use a non-return valve on your AP's outlet(s) to ensure

water is not siphoned back into the AP
