Please read this Manual before operating your Handler 42ESU.
Always wear eye protection while using power tools.
NEVER use this product to pick up flammable liquids or any liquids and do not use near
flammable or combustible liquids as fire or explosion can occur.
ALWAYS operate the 42ESU with filters properly in place and inspected for any damages.
Debris can cause inhalation problems.
ALWAYS disconnect the 42ESU from a power source when removing or replacing filter bags
or doing any sort of maintenance

- Page 2 7. NOTE: Never pull the 42ESU by the hose as it will cause the hose to lose rigidity. Operating Instructions: 1. The HANDLER 42ESU is meant to be used chair side by the DCU (Dental Chair Unit) and used in conjunction with an intraoral HVE (High Volume Evacuation). It is not intended to replace an intraoral HVE.
- Page 3 Filter Maintenance: 1. Make sure the unit is turned off and unplugged when performing filter maintenance. 2. The HANDLER 42ESU has two HEPA filters. A disposable H11 HEPA filter bag is located in the front of the unit. a. This filter should be changed on a regular basis. Suggested filter replacement is once monthly, possibly sooner based upon heavy use.
- Page 4 All warranty repairs must be done at Handler’s factory. We will not pay any shipping or transportation charges. Any product sent back for repair must be authorized by Handler with a Handler issued RMA number written on the box of the product being sent back for repair.
