5-YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY
The Laser Cap is covered by a 5-Year Product Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
illumiflow covers the cost of new parts up to replacement of the Laser Cap for any problems occurring
within the first five years from the date of purchase. This Product Warranty is void if the product has
been damaged through no fault of the manufacturer, altered in any way or used in a manner other than
as directed.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY
Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumiflow Laser Cap, we will refund the pur -
chase price of the Laser Cap if you are not satisfied with your results. Results are dependent on long-term
use according to the directions - you must use the Laser Cap for at least 180 days before returning it. If
you use the product as directed for 180 days and are not satisfied with the results, you may request to
send your Laser Cap back for a refund. After you have requested a return for refund, you will have an
additional 30 days to return the product. Return shipping will be covered by the customer. Refunds will
only be submitted to customers who made the purchase as shown by proof of purchase.

*Submit your images and order number to support@illumiflow.com and we will review to confirm qual-
ification. Upon submission of your images, you agree to allow us to use those images for publication as
case studies (however we see fit). Once your images have been confirmed, you will receive a full $200
Rebate, as promised!
$25 SELFIE REBATE
Earn an additional $25 by sending a "selfie" (wearing the device turned on) tosupport@illumiflow.com .
All rebates will be refunded to the original payment source unless arranged otherwise with an illumifiow
representative.
