  • Page 5 PACKAGING AND HANDLING PACKAGING • The packaging is made up of recyclable cardboard boxes according to RESY standards, recyclable expanded polystyrene inserts and wooden pallets. • All packaging materials can be re-used for a similar use or eventually discharged as waste assimilable to the municipal solid ones, in accordance with current regulations.

  • Page 15 Fig. 12 - Feet adjustment Stoves with feet for baseboard allow a front feet retraction for a perfect alignment with the baseboard (for example for the recess between pieces of furniture of a kitchen). For this adjustment it is sufficient to remove completely the wood drawer by slightly raising it, then loosen the 17-mm bolts placed abowe the front feet (see Fig.

During its running, the stove reaches high temperatures: keep away childreen and animals and for your safety please use appropriate fireproof devices, such as heat-protecting gloves. 11.2 INTRODUCTION To have the best performance with the lowest consumption please follow the here descripted instructions.

We remind that when the start-up valve is closed, the hot combustion fumes are forced below the plate around the oven, this promotes the heating of the oven and a greater radiant heating power of the stove.
  • Page 18 In case of black out or if the ventilation is out of order, the stove can work in the same way provided that using a low flame. Thus do not load the hearth with wood excessively. In case that the fan is out of order, contact an authorized technician who will replace it woth an original spare part.
  • Page 19 • Only when the ash is completely extinguished can be throuwn in the organic waste. • Clean the ash also in the ash compartment. 12.3 FUME PIPES ANNUAL CLEANING Clean once a week from soot with brushes. The cleaning operation must be executed by a specialized stove-repairer who will provide for the cleaning of fume pipe, chimney flue and chimney pot.

  • Page 39 • Als de vloer van een brandbaar materiaal is moet een bescherming voorzien worden van brandvrij materiaal (stalen plaat, hittebestendige plaat, marmer,...). Voor de afmetingen van de bescherming, zie Fig. 10 op pag. 37. • Controleer of de vloer een adequate capaciteit heeft om de last te dragen. Als de bestaande constructie niet aan deze eis voldoet, moeten passende maatregelen getroffen worden (bijvoorbeeld een plaat voor de verdeling van het gewicht).

  • Page 43 • Het is bovendien nodig om de verbrandingskamer minstens één keer per jaar te laten reinigen en de pakkingen na te laten kijken, de motoren en de ventilatoren te laten reinigen en het elektrische gedeelte te laten controleren. Al deze werkzaamheden moeten tijdig geprogrammeerd worden in overleg met de geautoriseerde technische assistentiedienst.
  • Page 44 12.8 REINIGING OVEN De oven moet na elk gebruik gereinigd worden m.b.v. een zachte doek en warm water of aangewezen producten die in de handel verkrijgbaar zijn. Gebruik nooit schuursponsjes want die kunnen de oppervlakken onherroepelijk beschadigen. 12.9 REINIGING KOOKFORNUIS De kookplaat in gietijzer heeft een olieachtig beschermend oppervlak dat met verloop van tijd afneemt.

  • Page 46 Voor een doeltreffende ovenverlichting, moet de lampbescherming af en toe schoongemaakt worden. 12.16 DEFECT VUURPOT Eventuele breuken van het gietijzer of de hittevaste bekleding van de vuurhaard zijn te wijten aan oververhitting door te veel brandstof of te veel verbrandingslucht. De beschadigde onderdelen moeten onmiddellijk vervangen worden om verdere schade aan de kachel te voorkomen.
