Troubleshooting

Solutions to common problems related to the monitor are described here. If none of the solutions presented here
solves the problem, unplug the monitor and consult an authorized dealer or service center.

Pixel defects
LCDs use collections of fine points ("pixels") to display images. While there is no problem with more than 99.99%
of these pixels, please understand that a very small number of pixels may not light, or may light all the time.
The following cases are only problems if an abnormality occurs on pictures or sounds as well:
• A slight electric shock occurs when you touch the monitor.
• The top and/or rear panel of the monitor becomes hot.
• The monitor emits a cracking sound.
• The monitor emits a strange sound.
