Tip: If you have long hair, we recommend
you divide your hair into sections and pin
it up before straightening. Then undo the
individual strands and straighten them one
by one.
Styling your hair inwards or outwards
(see the illustration on the fold­out page)
Put the slide switch on setting 1 or 2.
Divide your hair into sections.
Place the straightener under the strand
of hair to style it inwards or on top of the
strand of hair to style it outwards.
Smooth the strand of hair down to the
ends and then wrap these over the round
part of the straightening attachment.
Tip: For tighter waves, turn the appliance
more sharply inwards or outwards.
Important: Do not use the appliance on
hair that has been treated with chemical
straightening products, hair sprays, gels or
similar products.
Cleaning and
maintenance
Always allow the appliance to cool down
completely before storing or cleaning.

Unplug before cleaning.
Never place the appliance into water.
Do not use a steam cleaner.
Simply wipe the appliance with a damp
cloth and then dry it off. Do not use strong
or abrasive cleaning agents.
Grasp the air vent by the handle provided
and detach. Rinse and dry the vent or
clean it with a soft brush. After cleaning,
align the vent and click it back into place.
● Remove the accessory parts and clean
them. Use only after they have dried off
completely.
