My Son has been using his Scoot (Reid E4Plus) for a couple of months. Now it won't charge at all. The light on the charger is green, but when you plug the charger in and turn it on, it's red.

The Reid E4 Plus scooter may not be charging if the charger light is green but the scooter light is red because the green light on the charger indicates no current is flowing—either the scooter is fully charged or not connected properly. A red light on the scooter could signal a fault or issue. Check that the charger is correctly connected to both the wall and the scooter. Also, ensure you are using the original charger and that all connections are secure and dry, as the scooter is only IPX4 rated.
