15 VENTILATION

Three upper air intakes with removable flexi-
ble rubber strip closures
Two lower air intakes with sliding partition
closure and slider for operation within the
chinguard
Two fixed rear extractors, shaped to create a
depression, favouring the release of air from
the helmet
15.1 UPPER AIR INTAKES
Prerequisite: place the helmet on a flat surface.
To apply the closing strips, first push the ends
(1) into place, then press the central part into
place (2).
To remove the closing strips, pull them by the
specially-shaped rear edge (3).
15.2 LOWER AIR INTAKES
Prerequisite: wear the helmet and ensure that you
are familiar with the location of the components
involved.
To open the lower air intakes, move the slider
(4) downwards.
To close the lower air intakes, move the slider
(4) upwards.
The slider is easily accessible through the
hole in the wind protection system.
16 NOISE PROTECTION CAPS
Supplied as standard, these provide excellent insulation from the noise of even the
loudest motorcycles.
Noise protection caps may only be used during use on the track.
17 PRO SPOILER
17.1 REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Prerequisite: use a Phillips-head screwdriver and sit down with the helmet upside-down on
your knees.
To remove the spoiler, unscrew the central plastic screw (1) and the two side screws (2). Take
care not to lose the spacer washers.
To install the spoiler, tighten the central plastic screw (1) and the two side screws (2), placing
the spacer washers between the screws and the spoiler.
