People may say you sound like you're in a tunnel when using the BlueParrott B450-XT due to incorrect microphone positioning. The manual states that small adjustments in microphone placement can improve performance. Ensure the microphone is positioned about one finger’s width away from your face at the corner of your mouth for optimal sound quality.
