Hängen Sie die andere Seite der Traverse mittels der vormontierten Schrauben in die Ein- hängeöffnungen des zweiten Fußgestells ein.
  • Page 7 Montage Tischplatte Lassen Sie zur Montage der Tischplatte die Schnellspanner gelöst und die Tischplatte auf der niedrigsten Position - so können Sie die Aufnahme bei der Montage noch genau aus- richten. Richten Sie die Aufnahmen zunächst durch Drehen so aus, dass die Langlöcher mit der Traverse fluchten.

Lockern Sie den Schnellspanner durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn solange, bis sich die Stange der Plattenaufnahme bewegen lässt. Stellen Sie nun die gewünschte Höhe ein. Mittels der Höhenmarkierungen auf der Stange können Sie beide Plattenaufnahmen auf die- selbe Höhe einstellen.

Die Betriebssicherheit des Tisches ist nur bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung gewährleistet!

    2.3 Funktionsbeschreibung Die Steuereinheit des Level Tisches mit Zargengestell bezieht über ein Netzteil die Versorgungs- spannung von 230V. Der Linearantrieb wird per Netzbetrieb angetrieben. Die Ansteuerung der Verfahrbewegungen erfolgt über ein Bedienfeld an der rechten Seite der Tischplatte. Der Tisch wird im Tippbetrieb verfahren und schaltet an der oberen und unteren Endposition des Verfahr- weges automatisch ab.

    3 Sicherheit Der in der Betriebsanleitung beschriebene Tisch ist nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik gebaut und betriebssicher. Gefahrenstellen sind entsprechend den Vorschriften abgesichert. Jedoch können von der Anlage Gefahren ausgehen, wenn sie von unausgebildetem Personal, unsachgemäß oder zu nicht bestim- mungsgemäßem Gebrauch eingesetzt wird.

    3.1 Lärm Der A-bewertete äquivalente Dauerschalldruckpegel am Arbeitsplatz dieser Anlage liegt bei weni- ger als 80 dB (A). 3.2 Restrisiko Restgefahren! Im Umgang mit dem Tisch sind noch Restgefahren vorhanden, die durch die Konstruktion nicht beseitigt werden konnten. Der Tisch ist nach dem Stand der Technik und den anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln gebaut.

    3.4 Qualifikationen des Personals Handlungen und Tätigkeiten, die eine gewisse Personengruppe an der Maschine/Anlage verrichten darf, ist durch die folgende Tabelle festgelegt. Bediener sind die Personen, von denen auszugehen ist, dass sie kein fachliches Hintergrundwis- sen besitzen. Diese Personengruppe nimmt den Tisch in Betrieb und bedient ihn. Speziell ausgebildetes Personal sind Einzelpersonen, die für spezielle Tätigkeiten gesondert aus- gebildet wurden und somit befähigt sind diese auszuführen.

    4.2 Bedienelemente des Tisches Der Tisch verfügt über ein Bedienfeld an der rechten Seite der Tischplatte. Über das Bedien- feld kann die Position des Tisches auf und ab gefahren werden. 4.2.1 Netzstecker Der Netzstecker dient zum Trennen des Tisches vom Energienetz. Der Netzstecker befindet sich unter dem Sitzkissen des Sessels.

    Montage Unterges tell Bevor Sie mit der Montage des Untergestells beginnen, durchtrennen Sie die Transport- sicherung (Kabelbinder) an beiden Fußgestel- len. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Motorkabel immer in Richtung der Einhängeöffnung zeigt. Drehen Sie nicht die Tischplattenaufnahmen und verändern dadurch das Höhenniveau der Fußgestelle.
  • Page 21 Montage Tischplatte Für die Montage der Tischplatte legen Sie zu zweit die Tischplatte mit den vormontierten Kabeln vorsichtig auf das fertig montierte Untergestell. Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Kabel und Steckverbindungen gequetscht oder beschädigt werden. Achten Sie auch darauf, dass Sie gut an die Steckverbindungen der Kabel kommen.

    Montage Tischplatte Schließen Sie das Steuergerät an, indem Sie die Verbindungskabel in die Öffnungen 1 und 2, das Netzkabel in die Öffnung AC und den Stecker vom Bedienfeld in die Öffnung Al ein- stecken. Kontrollieren Sie, dass alle Kabelan- schlüsse keine Quetschungen, Abscherungen oder Beschädigungen aufweisen.
  • Page 23 Montage Kabelwanne Für die Montage der Kabelwanne drehen Sie als erstes 2 der 4 Handschrauben mit ein paar Umdrehungen in die Tischplatte. Legen Sie das Steuergerät mit allen Kabeln in die Kabelwan- ne. Schieben Sie anschließend die Kabelwanne mit den Schlitzen auf die 2 Handschrauben. Drehen Sie die beiden übrigen Handschrauben in die dafür vorgesehenen Gewindemuffen.
  • Page 24 Montage Kabelführung Mit dem Tisch wurde sowohl eine horizontale Kabelführung, die unter der Tischplatte mon- tiert wird, als auch eine vertikale Kabelführung (Strumpfschlauch) mitgeliefert. Die horizontale Kabelführung ist gedacht für die Verlegung von Kabeln (z.B. Netzkabel, Telefonkabel, Strom- kabel, LAN-Kabel usw.) unter der Tischplatte entlang.
  • Page 25 Montage Kabelführung Heben Sie ein beliebiges Bein etwas an, posi- tionieren Sie die größere Schlaufe unter das Beinende und stellen Sie den Verstellgleiter in die Schlaufe. Hängen Sie die kleinere Schlaufe vom oberen Ende des Strumpfschlauchs in den lotrecht über dem Bein positionierten Clip ein. Schließen Sie zur Inbetriebnahme des Tisches das Netzkabel an die Spannungsversorgung an.

    7 Ers tinbetriebnahme Die hier beschriebenen Anweisungen sind als Mindestempfehlungen zu verstehen. Es können je nach Betriebsbedingungen Ausweitungen nötig werden, um die Qualität des Tisches zu erhalten. Bei Reparaturarbeiten in besonderen Fachgebieten (Elektrotechnik, etc.) dürfen nur im jeweiligen Fachbereich ausgebildete Fachkräfte tätig werden. Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise! An dem Tisch können durch nicht ordnungsgemäße Montage Sachschäden oder Folgeschäden entstehen.

    7.3 Favoritenposition Speichern von Favoritenposition 1) Stellen Sie den Schreibtisch auf die bevorzugte Position ein. 2) Halten Sie die Stern-Taste für zwei Sekunden gedrückt. Die Leuchtleiste blinkt zweimal weiß, um anzuzeigen, dass das Speichern der Position ausgeführt wird. Erst wenn die Leuchtleiste statisch weiß wird, wurde die Position gespeichert. Wenn der Benutzer den Schreibtisch auf eine andere Position einstellt und diese Position speichert, über- schreibt er die Favoritenposition, die der aktuellen Position am nächsten liegt.

    7.7 Bluetooth verbinden 1) Laden Sie die für Ihr Gerät geeignete Desk Control App im App Store oder Google Play herunter. 2) Drücken Sie die Bluetooth-Taste in der Mitte fürt zwei Sekunden, um den Koppelungsmodus zu aktivieren. Die LED blinkt blau, wenn das Bedienfeld im Koppelungsmodus ist. 7.8 Erinnerung Die Erinnerungs-LED befindet sich in der unteren linken Ecke des Kippschalters.

    7.12 Einstellung des Erinnerungsintervalls 1) Drücken Sie die Glocken-Taste, um das Intervall einzustellen, das Sie daran erinnert, die Posi- tion zu ändern. 2) Wechseln Sie durch die Intervalle durch Drücken der Glocken-Taste. Wenn die LED nicht leuchtet, ist die Erinnerung deaktiviert. Über die App ist es möglich, die drei Intervall an benutzerdefinierte Werte anzupassen.

    8.2 Tisch einschalten Der Tisch ist betriebsbereit sobald der Netzstecker eingesteckt und die Energieversorgung her- gesellt ist. 8.3 Bedienung der Höhenverstellung Wenn Sie vor dem Tisch stehen, ist auf der rechten Seite unter der Tischplatte das Bedien- feld (Kippschalter) zum Verfahren des Tisches montiert.

    Um Sie bei der Suche nach üblichen Fehlern und deren Beseitigung zu unterstützen, ist die nach- stehende Tabelle entwickelt worden. Sollte ein Fehler auftreten, der nicht in der Tabelle aufgeführt ist, wenden Sie sich bitte an COR Sitzmöbel Helmut Lübke GmbH & Co. KG. Diese Fehler dürfen nur durch eine Fachkraft untersucht und beseitigt werden.

The height setting is suitable for a range of 70-78 cm. Do not extend the height setting above 78 cm, otherwise the rail will not provide enough support.

  • Page 37 Assembly of the frame Hook one side of the cross beam into the suspension holes of one of the leg bases using the pre-assembled screws. Tighten the two screws firmly. Hook the other side of the cross beam into the suspension holes of the second leg base using the pre-assembled screws.
  • Page 38 Assembly of the table top To assemble the table top, leave the quick-re- leases open and the tabletop in the lowest position – then you can still align the support precisely during assembly. First adjust the supports by turning them so that the slots align with the cross beam.

    Table electric and to use it for its intended purpose. The operating instructions contain important information for safe and proper operation of the Level Table electric. Observing these instructions helps to reduce hazards and repair costs and to increase reliability and service life.

    Work on electrical components may only be carried out by a qualified electrician or by instructed persons under the direction and supervision of a qualified electrician in accordance with electro- technical regulations. 1.3 Notes on signs, symbols and markings The safety notes in the operating instructions are structured as follows: Danger! This hazard warning indicates a directly hazardous situation which will result in death or serious injury if the safety measures are not followed.

    The operational safety of the table is only guaranteed if it is used as intended! The Level Table electric serves exclusively as an electrically height-adjustable indoor work desk or conference table. The maximum load-bearing capacity is 100 kg. The height adjustment can be raised manually from 70 cm to 115 cm via the control panel on the table or via the Bluetooth- paired Desk Control App.

    2.3 Functional description The control unit of the Level Table electric receives the supply voltage of 230V via a power supply unit. The actuator is driven by mains operation. The movements are controlled via a control panel on the right side of the table top. The table is moved in jog mode and switches off automatically at the upper and lower end positions of the travel path.

    3 Safet y The table described in the operating instructions has been built to the latest state of the art and is safe to operate. Hazards are secured in accordance with the regulations. However, the system can be dangerous if it is used by untrained personnel, improperly or for purposes other than those for which it is intended.

    3.1 Noise The A-weighted equivalent continuous sound pressure level at the workstation of this system is less than 80 dB (A). 3.2 Residual risk Residual hazards! When handling the table, there are still residual hazards which could not be eliminated by the design. The table is built according to the state of the art and recognised safety regulations.

    3.4 Staff qualifications Actions and activities which a certain group of persons may perform on the machine/system are defined in the following table. Operators are the persons who can be assumed to have no specialist background knowledge. This group of people puts the table into operation and operates it. Specially trained staff are individuals who have been specially trained for special tasks and are therefore able to carry them out.

    4.2 Table operating elements The table has a control panel on the right side of the table top. The position of the table can be moved up and down using the control panel. 4.2.1 Mains plug The mains plug is used to disconnect the table from the power supply.

  • Page 51 Assembly of the under frame Before you begin with the assembly of the underframe, cut the transport lock (cable tie) on both bases. Make sure that the motor cable is always pointing in the direction of the sus- pension opening. Do not rotate the table plate holders and thereby change the height level of the bases.
  • Page 52 Now connect the two motor cables lying on the plates to the cor- responding connecting cables on the table top. Align the plates so that the oblong holes are aligned with the cross beam.
  • Page 53 Assembly of the table top Connect the control unit by inserting the connecting cables into sockets 1 and 2, the power cable into the AC socket and the plug of the control panel into the Al socket. Check that all cable connections have not been crushed, sheared or damaged in any way.
  • Page 54 Assembly of the cable tray To mount the cable tray, first screw 2 of the 4 hand screws with a few turns into the table top. Place the control unit with all the cables in the cable tray. Then slide the slots of the cable tray over the 2 hand screws.
  • Page 55 Assembly of the cable guides The table is supplied with both a horizontal cable guide, which is mounted under the table top, and a vertical cable guide (stocking sleeve). The horizontal cable guide is intended for laying cables (e.g. mains cable, telephone cable, power cable, LAN cable, etc.) under the table top.
  • Page 56 Assembly of the cable guides Lift any leg slightly, position the larger loop un- der the end of the leg and place the adjustable glider in the loop. Hang the smaller loop from the upper end of the stocking sleeve into the clip positioned vertically above the leg.

    • Check the functionality of the control panel. 7.1 Levelling the table Level the Level Table before operating for the first time. Move the table to the lowest position. Release the button on the control panel and press the button down again for approx. 5 seconds.

    7.3 Favourite position Saving favourite positions: 1) Set the desk to the preferred position. 2) Press and hold the Star key for two seconds. The light bar flashes white twice to indicate that the position is being saved. The position has not been saved until the light bar becomes continuously white.

    7.7 Connecting Bluetooth 1) Download the Desk Control App for your device from the App Store or Google Play. 2) Press the Bluetooth button in the middle for two seconds to activate pairing mode. The LED flashes blue when the control panel is in pairing mode. 7.8 Reminder The reminder LED is located in the lower left corner of the toggle switch.

    7.12 Setting the reminder interval 1) Press the Bell button to set the interval that reminds you to change position. 2) Switch through the intervals by pressing the Bell button. If the LED is not lit, the reminder is deactivated. Using the app, it is possible to adjust the three intervals to user-defined values.

    8.2 Switching the table on The table is ready for operation as soon as the mains plug is plugged in and the power supply is established. 8.3 Operating the height adjustment When you are standing in front of the table, the control panel (toggle switch) for moving the table is mounted on the right side under the table top.

    The following table has been developed to assist you in finding and rectifying common faults. If a fault should occur which is not listed in the table, please contact COR Sitzmöbel Helmut Lübke GmbH & Co. KG. These faults may only be examined and rectified by a specialist.
