R OUBLESHOOTING
This section gives solutions to common WPG problems you may encounter when using the
device and guidelines for taking care of your WPG. If you encounter a problem that you cannot
solve, contact your reseller or ViewSonic Customer Support. See the "Customer Support"
section for contact information. Additional product information such as FAQ, specifications, data
sheets, etc. may be found on the ViewSonic website.

NOTE: If for any reason you forget the password or the encryption key that has been set, you
can use the Hard Reset default back to factory settings. To Hard Reset, press the Reset button
on the back of the device for five (5) seconds or more.

ESET
To Soft Reset, press the Reset button momentarily for about one (1) second. The LED turns off
for two (2) seconds. The system reboots with all the user set parameters intact.
